When logging into the system, the rower sees three main options:
- row
- about Boats
- about Me
The row function is used to check-out or reserve a boat. The reservation function, as well as the rowing intervals, can be customized based on a club’s individual needs.

In the above example, the rower can take an available boat out immediately, reserve it for later in the day or reserve it for the following day. We’re also showing three rowing intervals, but these intervals are optional and completely customizable for your club.
The about Boats function allows the rower to report damage and track other club boat

usage. Once an entry is made into the boat log, an email is sent to the person(s) responsible for initiating boat repairs. The boat Usage functionality shows all the reservations and rows completed or in progress for the entire club. All these functions update in real time as users check boats in and out, update distances rowed or enter repair logs.
The about Me function stores all the individual rower’s statistics.
Here the rower also is able to change their individual profile (password, etc.), as well as see which boats the rower is approved to use and the club membership program(s) to which the rower belongs.

One of the most popular features, rowers are able to check their total mileage rowed per day, per month and per season. In the spirit of healthy competition, rowers can also filter rows to determine mileage and rows for their club mates!
