Do I get all the functionality that other clubs are getting?

Yes, there is only ONE version of the iRowNow software. When we release a new version, all current subscribers receive the benefits of these updates!

As a member, how do I get to have input regarding what I want to see in the future software releases?

Just email us with what it is you would like to see. We will contact you to make sure we understand your needs. If your suggestion works with the system, we will publish the suggested update in a forum for all of our members to see and we will collect their comments.

We will give higher priority to a functionality that benefits most member clubs and lower priority to a change that benefits only a few.

How many times per year do you release new versions?

We have two official planned releases in a year that adds functionality. (Any bug fix releases are done immediately)

If I do not use the system during the winter months, do I still have to pay the monthly fee?

Yes, once we setup the system for your boat club, the monthly membership fee is payable no matter how many members use the system or even if your boathouse is closed. The system that was setup for your boathouse continues to cost iRowNow money to keep it up and running. Similar to a gym membership, you still need to pay your monthly fees whether you go to exercise or not!
