As the administrator you have the important role of managing both the boathouse and the rowing programs. We are here to help you! We will work with you, not only to setup and customize the iRowNow system, but we also will provide ongoing support to ensure that all of your needs are met and exceeded as you, your coaches and your rowers use the iRowNow system.
The iRowNow system is invaluable for your boathouse rigger and repairman. By accessing the system, this person is able to collect real-time data from rowers and coaches regarding boats that are in need of repair and which boats will be away for a regatta. The system allows the rigger/repairman to have an overview of the status of the club’s fleet. Repairs can be prioritized and accomplished more efficiently – resulting in the ultimate goal: happy rowers!
In the iRowNow system, each boat is assigned a specific “status.” As you will note in the above example, a boat can be in one of four categories:
- on hand
- in use
- in repair
- on road
Depending on what status the boat is in, various functions are enabled or disabled. In the above example, a rower finding that the “Wintech 3” is in the repair bay, may select another boat that is “on hand.”
The administrator has all of the answers as to the fleet status right at his/her fingertips! You’ll be able to track the miles put on individual boats, the number of times the boat has been out of service in the repair bay, and many other features that make managing a fleet much easier.
